What we presented this time is not a game, but we include a simple in this application . This time it's activities and content to illustrate a theme of the course on "Environmental Awareness" 2 ยบ of Primary.
The idea was to produce something with a dual function. We should serve as support during our discussion on the PDI and also as an activity for children to work in the computer room.
We have divided it into three parts:
- Identity: The data being studied and physical traits that identify us and explained to children what is your ID and they can print them using his webcam.
- Feelings: The description of the different feelings and the importance of respecting those of others. Diversity
- : Here we highlight the importance of respecting differences and the rights and duties of children. It includes a video of UNICEF with cartoons that illustrate the most important rights of children.
- Readings: The first is an excerpt from "What color is the flesh?" Clara Olga Roca Alaman and published by Editorial Destination Children and Youth. The second is a short story we've written about children who experience mixed feelings in one afternoon. And finally a description of the Vedoques. After each of the readings we have activities to assess the reading comprehension level of our students.
- Review: Exercises for complete sentences, choosing the correct word and others that were reviewed in the past.
- Game: a simple game in which children will have to use reading comprehension to know what the correct destination for each of the characters. But be very careful with animals.
This work is designed to develop basic skills: Social and civic competence, linguistic communication, autonomy and personal identity and the Treatment Information and digital competition.
We had been wanting to do something well and the tests we have done in class, works well with students. We are also developing the theme of the human body for 2 year of primary education. We do not know if we have time and desire to complete the agenda of the subject.
